Mori Condo at Guillemard

Mori Condo at Guillemard is a new freehold luxury residential condominium located at Guillemard Road. A total of 137 units and a mix of one to four bedroom units.

In the vicinity of Mountbatten Road, as well as the Kallang Theatre and the Singapore Sports Hub, the Mori Condo is the newest freehold residential development to appear along Guillemard Road. As a matter of fact, it's the only one still available, with all the others having gone out of business.

A unit of ROXY-Pacific Holdings, RL East Pte Ltd is responsible for the development of MORI, which is a freehold boutique property.

The land area of this project is larger since it unites two plots, unlike other freehold developments in the neighborhood, which are typically modest and provide less than 50 units. It permits the building of 137 apartments, each with their own set of amenities.

Mori Condo Overview

MORI, which translates as "forest" or "woods" in Japanese, takes inspiration from the wabi-sabi aesthetic. This translates into a respect for nature's graceful beauty, which will be integrated into the project's design. It also includes a style of life that emphasizes the importance of appreciating the passing of time and its inherent value.

The location combines two adjacent parcels of land: 217 to 223A Guillemard Road and 1 to 21A Jalan Molek behind it. Overall, the land area is 37,131 square feet (or 3,449.6 square meters).

According to the URA master plan, the land on the Jalan Molek side has an eight-storey height restriction, while the parcel facing Guillemard Road has a five-storey height limit.

As a result, the project's design will have residential flats that are split between five and eight stories high, with the five-story portion located along Guillemard Road at the project's main entrance. The amenities and pools will be located on landscaped terraces on the second and sixth floors, respectively.

Locations

There is a pedestrian bridge across Guillemard Road to get to the site, which is around 500 meters away from Mountbatten MRT station. It takes about 8 minutes to walk there.

In contrast, if you want to get into town quickly, you should take a bus that runs along Guillemard Road straight via Nicoll Highway. Plenty of bus options, including a stop just in front of the building.

Because of this, the Mori condo offers a more reasonable option for those looking to purchase a freehold home close to the Marina Bay region and the CBD.
Aside from that, this area has a lot of potential for appreciation because of its freehold tenure and close proximity to the CBD.
